Melbourne Water - Review of Alliance Selection Process 2009
In June 2007, Melbourne Water embarked on a selection process to form two Project Teams (Sugarloaf Pipeline Alliance and Tarago Reconnect) and four Program Alliances (Waterways, STaPS, Water Supply and pipelines). In February 2009, 115 people were surveyed and 15 people interviewed as part of a selection process performance review. The key findings and recommendations of the review are kindly shared by Melbourne Water with all AAA members.
