The Alliance Benchmarking Institute has just released their 2010 Alliance Relationships Benchmark Report. This report documents the findings following the surveying of 16 alliances in Australia and New Zealand, across water, roads and rail, for project and program alliances. It summarises the findings and key insights from the most comprehensive research ever undertaken regarding alliance health checks. The report findings have important implications for Alliance Owners in this new era of corporate governance and risk management, and for Alliance Managers (and other alliance practitioners - coaches and facilitators) in terms of performance improvement.
