AAA will be the leading Australasian industry organisation for promoting awareness and assisting in the development of excellence in strategic business-to-business collaboration. This means AAA will be the only place where organisations & people go first to seek info and support on all Alliancing matters.

AAA defines Alliancing as the set of business capabilities, practice and systems to create and manage successfully strategic business collaboration.


Mission

The purpose of the Alliancing Association of Australasia (AAA) is to act as a central forum for the collection and dissemination of experience and information to support the professional development of its members and to advance the state of the art of alliance formation and management within Australia and New Zealand. More specifically, the association will be delivering benefits to its members by focusing on the following:

  • Providing networking opportunities for both individuals and organizations and their professionals interested in alliancing,
  • Sharing and disseminating best practices in the development and management of alliancing engagements to promote excellence in business collaboration,
  • Raising awareness of the contribution that alliancing has made to industry,
  • Being a public Voice representing and supporting the interests of our members.
