2010 Course Schedule
AAA’s first and second 2010 Seminar series in March, May and September will offer the main curriculum for the Project Alliance seminar series.
This will consist of the following courses:
1. Creating Alliance Awareness: Fundamentals of Alliancing and Project Alliances
2. Developing Fundamental Competencies (Life Cycle) series:
a. Procurement Strategy to Selection
b. Contractual and Commercial Agreements
c. Building an Effective Alliance Team
Each course will be delivered on a collaborative basis by highly respected and qualified experienced practitioners from organisations such as Alchimie, Evans & Peck, JMW consultants and PCI Alliance Services.
Who should attend:
· Participants wishing to acquire an understanding of the nature of Alliances
· Prospective or current participants in project and program Alliances at any level
· Prospective or current stakeholders in Alliances from other business areas such as HR, Finance, Commercial or Government Treasury or Audit office
· Prospective or current participants in other forms of Alliancing such as service Alliances or Strategic Alliances
· Prospective Alliance participants from overseas
Class Sizes: Maximum 30 (minimum 12)
Costs: 1 Day module - Members $700 ex GST, Non-Members $950 ex GST
2 Day modules - Members $1300 ex GST, Non-Members $1900 ex GST
