Contractual & Commercial Agreements
The purpose of the ‘Contract & Commercial Agreements’ workshop is to develop a comprehensive understanding of legal and commercial Alliance agreements and their method of development.
Objectives
• To inform participants of all aspects of legal and commercial Alliance agreements and their development
• To give participants practical experience of contract fundamentals through exercises
• To identify and discuss views, ideas and opportunities put forward by participants.

• Participants who have an existing understanding of Alliances or have attended a workshop on Alliancing fundamentals
• Prospective or current participants in project or program Alliances at any level
• Prospective or current stakeholders in Alliances from other business areas such as HR, Finance, Commercial or Government Treasury or Audit Offices
• Prospective or current participants in other forms of Alliancing such as service Alliances or strategic Alliances
• Prospective Alliance participants from overseas.
